1） Maintenance of new semi-trailers after they are put into use

1. Before the new semi-trailer is put into use, it should be inspected and prepared according to the "instructions for use". And tighten all external bolts and nuts once.

2. During the initial 300 kilometers of driving, all components of the new car are in a running in state. During this period, the trailer's load capacity should not exceed 80% of the rated load capacity, and it should not be driven on muddy roads.

3. After the new car has been driven for 30-50 kilometers, it should be checked for high heat or noise at the wheel hub and suspension bearings. If any abnormalities are found, the cause should be promptly identified and removed.

4. After driving a new car for 300-500 kilometers, all bolts and nuts should be tightened once.

5. Please refer to the instruction manual for the use and maintenance of diesel engines and high-pressure oil pumps.

（2） Maintenance after driving 1200-2000 kilometers

1. Clean and lubricate all parts according to the lubrication diagram.

2. Check and adjust the clearance between the brake pads and brake hubs of all wheels.

3. Check for leaks in the brake system and hydraulic system pipelines, and ensure that the connecting hoses are intact.

4. Check for loose, damaged, or poorly insulated electrical circuits.

5. Check if all parts of the traction frame and bogie are intact.

6. Check if the steering rod joint is loose and if it affects the straightness of the tire, and adjust the steering rod system if necessary.

7. Check if all parts of the suspension are intact.

8. Check all semi-trailer tires for excessive or abnormal wear, sufficient tire pressure, and correct valve positions.

9. Thoroughly clean all parts of the trailer of oil and dirt, and check for any paint peeling or rust on each part.

10. Inspect all components of the power unit, clean the oil tank and valves, check the oil quality, and replace the oil if necessary.

（3） Maintenance every 2000 kilometers per row

1. Repeat the maintenance tasks for every 1200 kilometers driven.

2. Clean the hub bearings, add new oil, and adjust the bearing issues.

3. Replace the tires.

（4） Maintenance every 5000 kilometers driven

1. Repeat the maintenance work for every 2000 kilometers traveled.

2. Disassemble the wheel hub, clean or replace any damaged or worn parts and wheel hub bearings.

3. Replace the cylinder seal and any damaged or worn parts.

4. Hydraulic pipeline oil discharge cleaning should be carried out at least once a year.

5. Clean the suspension shaft and its bearings, and replace them with new lubricating grease.

6. Clean the brake tellurium and brake tellurium plate shaft, add 1-2 drops of oil to the brake tellurium plate shaft, and check and adjust the brake clearance.

（5） The maintenance of the hoses in the air brake system and hydraulic pipeline system must not only comply with the pre driving inspection content, but also carry out the following maintenance.

1. During the driving process, especially during the lifting and turning of the cargo platform, it is necessary to check whether the brake hoses and high-pressure winding hoses in the hydraulic system have any friction or compression with the trailer components. After each trip, the above inspection must be carried out, and if found, the hoses must be immediately rearranged and fixed.
