Thirdly, the new semi-trailer should be run in. When running in, the load shall not exceed 80% of the rated load capacity; After driving at a medium speed of about 150 kilometers, attention should be paid to observing the temperature of the bearings and wheels, as well as whether the fasteners such as steel plate springs and wheels are tightened. Tighten these parts once every 40 kilometers, and after tightening three times, they can be used normally.
Fourthly, during the operation of the trailer, attention should be paid to checking whether the brake system is heating up, whether there is any abnormal odor, and whether the trailer walking device is shifting. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and elimination.
Fifth, when loading hard and heavy objects such as stones and iron objects into the carriage, they should be handled with care to avoid damaging the trailer carriage; When shipping firewood and other items, they should be tied with ropes and the trailer carriage buckle should be locked.
The sixth unit should start smoothly. Do not place your feet on the brake pedal while driving, and try to minimize emergency braking.
Seventh, after every 500 working hours, the clearance of the tire bearings should be checked. During inspection, lift the carriage and pull the wheels, without any obvious shaking; If there is obvious shaking, it should be adjusted. The method is to remove the bearing cover, tighten the shaft head groove nut to the bottom, and then retract 1/6 turn. At this time, the bearing clearance is about 0.25 millimeters.
